Life Coaching

9 - 12 Weekly Sessions

Life Coaching offers the participant an opportunity to gain clarity about who they are and what steps need to be taken to achieve their goals, keep moving forwards, and to find the energy they'll need to stay the course. They will complete exercises to help them take stock of where they are, stop procrastinating, brainstorm ideas and actions to get unstuck, setting goals, developing an attitude of gratitude, and adding skills and strategies to their toolbox.

College & Career Discovery

Career development is a lifelong pursuit of answers to the questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What am I meant to do with my life? It is vital that students have a clear sense of direction for their career choice. Career planning is a critical step and is essential to success.

 Mindfulness Coaching

6 Weekly Sessions

Mindfulness is “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally” (Kabat-Zinn, in Purser, 2015).
